Gauguin Girl

At the painting workshop the other night, I decided to draw for a bit. This model made me think so much of the nudes that Gauguin painted in Tahiti. She really had the look and build. I followed up with a watercolor that I am not overly thrilled with- I may post it later. It was probably more of a night for oils... though I would really have to dig around to find mine! maybe eventually I will give them another try. I always did love the feel of them.
